EELS must be administered by user root using the eels_db_admin(1Meels) command and modifying /etc/default/eels, that enables you to configure the run time behavior of the daemon processes eelsd and rtlsp.
eels_db_admin enables you to modify user privileges, create and delete databases and tables and can also list existing databases already present within the EELS environment.
