BIND 9.1.0

The version of the Berkeley Internet Name Domain (BIND) has been upgraded to BIND 9 from BIND 8, using the Internet Software Consortium (ISC) BIND 9.1.0 source. See the DNS documentation, in ``Configuring Domain Name System (DNS) servers'', for an overview of the Domain Name System (DNS), the BIND9 Administrator's Guide, and implementation notes. Either click on the above links, or click on ``Networking'' at the top level of the online help, and then ``Administering TCP/IP and Internet services'' to locate the DNS documentation.
