Description
The ISDN_RESET_B3.ISDN_IND message consists of one
M_PROTO(D7str)
message block indicating the reset of a logical connection.
The logical connection is identified by the ncci
parameter.
If a transparent layer 3 is in effect, this message
re-establishes layer 2.
WARNING:
This message can indicate a loss of data.

The meaning of this parameter is protocol-dependent.
