Setting access for local users
When you first set up a printer, all users are granted access to that
printer. You can control access by local users to local or remote
printers by following this procedure.
In the
Printer Setup Manager,
select the printer that you want to allow or deny access to,
then select
Printer Set User Access.
-
To allow access, select the desired user from the ``Deny List'',
then click on Allow.
-
To deny access, select the desired user from the ``Allow List'',
then click on Deny.
You can search for a specified user by entering the name in the
``Search for'' field.
