Description
OSMMsgKeyToIop
returns the global IOP number corresponding to
the resmgr entry rmkey.
Arguments
rmkey-
The Resource Manager key entry.
Return values
OSMMsgKeyToIop
returns the global IOP number,
or -1 if rmkey does not refer to a registered IOP.
