Description
This function is invoked by the DMI Service Provider to
indicate to a Management Application that a language has been deleted.
Parameters
handle-

An opaque ID returned to the application
sender-

Address of the node delivering the indication
compId-
(Input)
Component with deleted language mapping
language-
(Input)
Language-code | territory-code | encoding
