insert a complex character and rendition into a window

Description
These functions insert the complex character wch with its rendition
in the current or specified window at the current or specified cursor
position.
These functions do not perform wrapping.
These functions do not advance the cursor position.
These functions perform special-character processing,
with the exception that if a newline is inserted into the last line of a
window and scrolling is not enabled, the behavior is unspecified.
Return value
Upon successful completion, these functions
return OK. Otherwise, they return ERR.
Errors
No errors are defined.
Usage
For non-spacing characters,
add_wch(3curses)
can be used to add the non-spacing characters to a spacing complex character
already in the window.
