Locking or unlocking a user account

In the Account Manager, select a user name, then select Users Lock.

To unlock a locked account, select the user name, then select Users Unlock, and change the account password. See ``Setting or changing a user password'' for more details on changing an account password.

You can also lock accounts from the command-line:

passwd -l username
