DESCRIPTION
The hatpt macros are used to display the HAT layer of the VM
system. We use the "as" structures' "hat: pts" address as
an argument to the hatpt macro.
hatptb - uses the "hatpt back" address hatptf - uses the "hatpt forw" address hatptn - uses the "hatpt next" address hatptp - uses the "hatpt prev" address
