sact
sact is a special form of the prs command that
produces a report about files that are out for edit.
The command takes only one type of argument: a list of file
or directory names.
The report shows the SID of any file in the list that is out for
edit, the SID of the impending delta, the login of the user who
executed the get -e command, and the date and time the
get -e was executed.
It is a useful command for an administrator.
