The
<SCROLL-DOWN>
key displays the complete final page of a text
frame, even if much of it was already visible.
The
<SCROLL-UP>
key displays the entire first page of a text object, even
if most of it was already visible.
The action of
<SCROLL-DOWN>
might be a surprise to users if they are not also aware
that the scroll-down icon has disappeared, signaling that they are
at the end of the text.
