The following options define incoming connections that can be made to a bundle:
Select Yes as the answer to the question Allow any valid authentication entry if you want to allow any caller who can be authenticated successfully to be able to use this bundle.
Select No as the answer to the question Allow any valid authentication entry if you want to enter the names of new users or to select the names of existing users from those listed.
To enter the details of a new user, click on Add, enter the details of their name, the protocol(s) that they can use to authenticate themselves, and their CHAP secret and/or PAP password.
To change the details of an existing user, select them from either list and click on Modify.
Choose the users that can use the bundle by selecting them in the Available names list, and click on Add >> to move them to the Selected names.
Select Yes as the answer to the question Allow any PPP user if you want to allow any caller whose login shell is /bin/pppsh to be able to use this bundle.
Select No as the answer to the question Allow any PPP user if you want to enter the names of new users or to select an existing user from the pull-down list. To enter the details of a new user, click on Add, enter the details of their user name, user ID (a suitable value is suggested), and password, then click on OK.
Choose the PPP users that can use the bundle by selecting them in the Available PPP users list, and click on Add >> to move them to the Selected PPP users list. You can use the << Remove button to deselect users. To change a selected user's details, click on Modify.
Click on Edit to define the caller IDs which are permitted to set up a PPP link. The caller ID and link device must match one of those listed in the bundle.
To add a caller ID to the list, enter the number and click on Add.
To remove a caller ID from the list, select it and click on Delete.
