The Network Configuration Manager interface
Use the Network Configuration Manager to
configure network hardware,
configure network protocols,
and
remove a network configuration.
Start the Network Configuration Manager in either of these ways:

Start the
SCOadmin launcher
from your desktop or from the command line,
open the Networking folder,
then select the Network Configuration Manager.

Enter scoadmin network configuration on the command line
(or abbreviate to scoadmin network).

Enter netcfg on any UNIX command line.
NOTE:
You must have root or system owner
privileges to use the Network Configuration Manager;
see
``System security''.
The Network Configuration Manager starts by default
displaying LAN configuration information. Use the
View menu to change between LAN and
WAN views.
