Debuging hints

Use the standard debugging facilities for debugging MDI drivers. These include:

• statements that call the debugger at pre-defined points, including ASSERT(D3) and call_demon(D3) for UnixWare 7 and ASSERT(D3oddi) and calldebug(D3oddi) for SCO OpenServer.

• cmn_err(D3) statements that are appropriate for debugging but not for a prodution driver should be enclosed in #ifdef xxx_DEBUG code sections. xxx is the prefix of your driver; this should be prefixed to avoid conflicts with other globals that might be defined.
